    2003 Neopets Talking Interactive Neopet Orange Kougra Tiger Plush. Preowned Condition with wear and doesn’t work properly. It talks and cheeks lights up, but it doesn’t seem to respond to buttons and mic. On try me mode, only the cheek lights work. Left ear button does not work,  right ear and tummy buttons work intermittently.  Once it goes to sleep, you have to manually turn switch to off and then back on. Being sold “As Is” not working properly.
