Prologue:
My garage door remote's main button, which was made from rubber, got worn out and with time it stopped working. The remote was working when switch pressed directly though. I was about to buy a new garage door opener kit, but decided to build out a new custom button and see if it works.
It works perfectly, just like the original one, at least I don't have issues with opening my garage door any more, so I decided to sell some extra produced buttons and hope that my solution will help you to avoid unnecessary high cost expense just because the button gets worn out by time, while the remote itself is still in working condition. You just need to have button's switch on the circuit board working and be able to push button up when pressed.
Color will be selected randomly, or by your choice, from green, black, red, yellow or white and subject for availability.
