This is a designer doll named "Opera Gala" part of the Tyler Wentworth Collection, by artist Robert Tonner.  She is 16 inches tall, full vinyl with the leg bending at the knee.  She is wearing a red gown with matching jacket over a halter top gown with black beading on the bodice.
